go to structure to add a new section. the new section can go ONLY at the very top (BELOW HEADER :) ) or very bottom, so you'll have to figure out structure before adding sections. SEctions can be like below, just "choose section layout" You can move a section from top to bottom or vice versa by clicking 'move' you can also move it to another page, once it's done.!!!!!!!! I got both of these section layouts from 'featured'
